We all know the answer: Taking your game to the next level is easier and faster when you get personalized guidance from a knowledgeable, experienced observer. South Bay Soccer Referee Association has access to a number of referees who meet that description.
The SBSRA Board of Directors calls on these specially skilled individuals to help selected members improve various aspects of their game. This may be done at the suggestion of a Board Member for referees who are new to the organization, or who have demonstrated a potential need for this kind of support. When the Board directs these friendly assessments, the related costs are paid for by the Association.
